PREPARE healing supplement program builds up nutritional reserves and fortifies the body for healing. The pre-op program contains zinc for tissue repair, vitamin C to enhance the immune system and strengthen collagen, and 100% RDA of 12 vitamins and minerals. PREPARE contains 14 packets (3 capsules per packet) and can be taken either once a day for 14 days before surgery, or twice a day for 7 days before surgery.
RECOVER healing supplement program enhances your body's natural healing response and encourages healthy tissue growth. The post-op program contains bromelain and papain enzymes to control inflammation and swelling, plus quercetin to minimize bruising. New to PREPARE/RECOVER is AC-11 (Uncaria tomentosa or Cat's claw), a proprietary extract from the rainforest which has been clinically shown to encourage DNA repair at the cellular level, leading to potentially quicker regeneration of healthy tissue. RECOVER contains 30 packets (3 tablets and 2 capsules per packet) and it is recommended to take one packet per day for the 30 days following your surgery.
